e-Assessment Form Builder
e-Assessment Form Builder provides the Retirement facility with the ability to create brand new assessments and modify existing MED e-care assessments. Sites will also be given access to the e-Assessment Form Library – a comprehensive index of hundreds of assessments for the Retirement sector. The facility can customize which assessments they choose to make visible, creating a site-specific environment.
Relationship Builder uses MED e-care’s PUSH technology to push data from any completed assessment into a resident’s care plan, automatically generating a best-practice care plan and ensuring consistency across a resident’s clinical documentation.

e-Plan (Care and Activity Plan)
